This light and bright apartment, located in Upper East Side Manhattan, has been completely transformed from the dark and dreary space it once was. At the start, every part of this apartment had to be torn down to the studs and reconstructed to make it into the clean, modern, and inviting property that it is today. This home was designed for an adventure-seeking couple who were looking to have a space that combined their interests and personalities, along with maximizing the functionality of every square foot.

Starting with the interior walls, windows, and doors, we were intentional about drawing attention to the magnificent view of the city. New York City itself is the featured artwork that can be seen throughout nearly every room in this home. We then took an in-depth look at the kitchen, making sure to choose cabinets, appliances, and fixtures that would fit and feature all the client’s belongings while still complimenting the overall aesthetic of the residence.

This project is near and dear to our hearts because we wanted to emulate the luxurious feel of a magazine, yet still incorporate all the client’s desires to ensure it fully reflected their life and story. This couple was passionate about having a clean space with a lot of natural light. By choosing a soft and creamy tone of white for the walls, contrasted against the dark windows and warm wood floors, the light now shines in every part of this home. This uniquely timeless design is a result of the aesthetic vision that both the clients and Brianna, the certified interior designer, were able to collaborate on to bring to fruition.
